Disaster response begins long before a disaster strikes.

BBF prepares year-round by assembling and staging Disaster Response Kits, each containing 13 types of essential items in an easy-to-carry waterproof bag. Having these supplies ready helps us move quickly when communities need support.

This year, BBF has supplied kits to six countries. Behind every kit are volunteers, donors, and partners who help turn preparation into practical relief.

What is Blossoming Beyond?

Started in 2021, Blossoming Beyond is Brother’s Brother Foundation’s initiative dedicated to supporting women throughout the breast cancer journey.

Through partnerships and grant funding, the program helps support services spanning education, treatment, and recovery — from expanding access to mammography to helping breast cancer patients and survivors receive professional counseling.

BBF is monitoring the situation and will respond to the disaster based on needs assessments and requests from partners on the ground. Our response may include providing humanitarian assistance such as disaster response kits for those injured and displaced by the hurricane, along with medical supplies and equipment to first responders and emergency response facilities as needed.

That’s the number of pharmaceutical doses Brother’s Brother Foundation donated in 2025.

Moving medicine at that scale requires much more than filling boxes. It takes coordination between donors, BBF’s team, logistics networks, healthcare organizations, and recipients to help get appropriate medicines where they can be used.

It’s one number from 2025, but it represents millions of opportunities to support healthcare delivery around the world.

BBF supports mobile health clinics that help bring essential care directly into communities, reducing barriers for people who may otherwise have difficulty reaching traditional healthcare facilities.

From vision screenings and prescription glasses to preventive care and other health services, these mobile clinics help meet people where they are and connect them with resources that support healthier communities.

BBF supported a recent medical mission in Nigeria that brought healthcare professionals and resources together to provide care to patients in the region.
