Meet Colby, a beautiful blond haired kitty with big chubby cheeks and the most expressive brown eyes!
Colby is a gentle, affectionate sweetheart with a wonderfully goofy side—and a serious love of catnip! He is extremely shy when first meeting new people, so he’ll need care and patience to settle into his new home. However, for the right patient adopter, possibly the most affectionate cat in the world awaits you! Once he feels safe, Colby’s loving personality shines, and he becomes an exceptionally cuddly companion.
For playtime, he prefers the little things: catnip mice and other soft toys are right up his alley. Wand toys can be a bit intimidating, so he’s happiest with gentle, low-key play. Sprinkle a little bit of catnip nearby and watch his silly, playful side shine! Colby also loves crunchy treats, especially Temptations.
Colby is easily overwhelmed by more assertive cats and would likely thrive as the only cat in the home. He may also do well with one or two calm, gentle feline companions. He would also prefer a home without dogs or small children—but older cat savvy kids would be just fine! Give this sweet boy the patience and peaceful home he needs, and he’ll reward you with plenty of affection, silliness, and love.
Colby is around 2 to 3 years old. He is up-to-date on vaccines, exams, FIV/FeLV tested (negative), flea treated, dewormed, neutered, and microchipped.
