Joseph Nemo and William McNulty of Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. will discuss recent 2026 cases and statutory developments relevant to workers’ compensation subrogation, along with a special focus topic.

Joseph chairs Arthur Chapman’s subrogation department and leads the firm’s national workers’ compensation subrogation recovery program, covering all 50 states. He has developed innovative case-resolution models and regularly presents on strategies for maximizing subrogation recovery.

Will represents insurers and their insureds in workers’ compensation subrogation, automobile and general liability matters. His experience includes five years as a claims adjuster, giving him valuable insight into both the legal and claims sides of subrogation. Will is admitted to practice in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota and has been recognized multiple times as a Minnesota Rising Star and Super Lawyer.
