This one’s for the dads who get up anyway.

For showing up when it’s hard. For pushing through when it’d be easier not to.

And for the days you fail… because you will. We all do. The real measure isn’t the fall, it’s what you do next. How you recover. How you rebuild trust. How you show your kids that being better is a choice you make again and again.

That’s the work. That’s Mental Joe. 🤍

🚨 NEW SHIRT ALERT 🚨

“Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes.”

Read that again.

The life you want, the mindset you want, the person you want to become—it doesn’t happen by accident.

Nothing changes when you keep making excuses.
Nothing changes when you stay comfortable.
Nothing changes when you wait for motivation.

Growth starts when you decide to take the first step, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Your habits change.
Your mindset changes.
Your life changes.

But only when YOU do.

“I’m fine.”

Three words that have buried more pain than most people will ever see.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, we’re shining a light on the conversations too many men were taught not to have.

The veteran carrying memories he can’t escape.
The first responder who never gets to put the weight down.
The father trying to stay strong for everyone else.
The man who smiles in public and struggles in silence.

Strength isn’t pretending you’re okay.
Strength is speaking up.
Strength is asking for help.
Strength is being the bridge for someone who needs it.

Every Mental Joe purchase helps support mental health awareness and the mission to break the stigma surrounding PTSD, depression, anxiety, and su***de.

Wear it. Start it. Change it. 💜

The strongest medicine isn’t always found in a bottle.

Sometimes it’s found in nature, movement, community, purpose, and doing the inner work you’ve been avoiding.

Question everything. Think for yourself. Take ownership of your health.

🍄💪

Mental Joe isn’t about escaping reality—it’s about becoming strong enough to face it.

Drop a 🍄 if you’re choosing growth over prescriptions and taking your mental health into your own hands.

Nearly six years ago, I landed in inpatient after a near su***de attempt.

A couple of weeks ago, I sat down with Anthony Canania to talk about healing, and it hit me... almost to the day, it was six years later.

That night felt like the end of my story. Instead, it became the beginning.

A few weeks after leaving inpatient, I found ketamine-assisted therapy. It gave me hope when I couldn’t see any. It helped me face the battles I had spent years running from. And during one of those sessions, the idea for Mental Joe was born.

What started as a simple vision became a mission: use apparel to start hard conversations, inspire hope, and raise awareness that there are alternative paths to healing.

If you’re struggling today, I want you to hear this:

The way you feel right now does not define where you’ll be six years from now.

Six years ago, I couldn’t imagine the life I have today. The purpose. The healing. The relationships. The impact.

Keep going.

Your story isn’t over.

Sometimes the moment that feels like the end is actually the beginning of everything.

What does healing actually mean?

In this conversation, Chad sits down with Anthony Canania on the Burning Bear Podcast to explore a question that doesn’t get asked enough. We hear a lot about healing, growth, and recovery—but what do those words really mean when you’ve lived through trauma, loss, addiction, anxiety, or the battles happening inside your own mind?

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you were before the world told you who you had to be.

It’s messy.It’s uncomfortable.It’s not linear.

But it’s worth it.

Watch as two men get real about the journey, the setbacks, and what healing has looked like in their own lives.

Not everyone will understand your journey—and that’s okay.

Some battles are fought silently.
Some victories never get posted.
But every day you choose to keep going, you’re proving how strong you really are.

Mental health matters.
Your story matters.
And you matter.

Wear the message. Start the conversation.

A single ketamine infusion reduced severe depression symptoms in just four hours, according to a University of Connecticut review of 26 clinical trials.

The treatment also dramatically lowered suicidal thoughts within 24 hours, according to the analysis published in JAMA Psychiatry.

The drug is not yet FDA-approved for treating depression.
