This is drop-in style free breastfeeding support for people who are nursing, considering breastfeeding, or want to learn more. We meet at The Milk Spot in central Phoenix on the third Monday of each month from May to August. Hope you will join us!

We can help with prenatal breastfeeding education (yes, come see us while you're still pregnant!), newborn breastfeeding support, teething, starting solids, toddler feeding, weaning, and handling feeding challenges of all kinds. We look forward to meeting you and your baby at The Milk Spot.
