Tuesday Night Trot 🌅🌲

This Tuesday concludes the final Tuesday Night Trot of summer 2026! Come run a 5K with Inwood Runners and catch the sunset as we celebrate our last summer edition of TNT with style & grit!

Pull up at Inwood Farm at 7:00 PM to run and have some fun through Inwood! Walkers are more than welcome to join us, as we will have a walking group for those who want to explore Inwood Hill Park and smell nature at its finest!

Inwood Run Club x $Free.99 Flan-tastic 5K

Got Flan? 🍮

Well, today was more than just flan! It was a community of runners passionately coming together from all different fitness backgrounds, with the ultimate goal of tasting different flans and deciding the winner of the Flan War!

A tremendous shoutout to our judges .miedo.3333 & who really took the time to taste each flan along with our community of runners and deliberately narrowing down the winner of the Flan War (slide 11).

Thanks to everyone who came pulled up ran and made this event special as this year concludes our second annual Flan-tastic 5k! Next year we on bigger & better!

Happy Tuesday Night Trot!

Today is going to be a great day filled with many incentives. On top of our weekly 5k, We will have a special guest pulling up, Melody Ovalles, PT, DPT who is a licensed physical therapist, and she will be dropping a lot of gems into the running community through her specialty by enlightening and educating runners on the care and proper treatment needed for your body as an athlete.

We also have another special guest coming all the way from Harlem. He goes by Mozel Watson. He’s an award winning author and is also known for his vegan wine, which incorporates positive health focused ingredients and additives, delivering a wonderful taste to your palate.

Lastly, UnderLegs will also pull up and share insight on their ANTI- CHAFING product balm which is great recovery tool to utilize for runners who constantly are always embarking on a run. They will have samples available for runners to view and try!

Tuesday Night Trot started at Inwood Hill Park and went straight up Snake Hill elevation elite. 80° weather, questionable life choices and hearts pounding. Inwood Strong isn’t just a slogan, it’s what we do every Tuesday. Come join us next week, catch some miles. Post run fuel with Harlem Wines, and if you’ve got any PT questions, will be there ready with answers.

WRU UPTOWN GAMES 2026 🏆🔥

Inwood Run Club had the honor of participating in the We Run Uptown Uptown Games alongside many other talented run clubs. Needless to say, IRC came ready to compete, pushing full gas no breaks and finishing strong in 2nd place, with OMRC taking 1st and Circa '95 taking 3rd.

IRC would like to congratulate everyone who participated in this event and gave it their all. The energy was unwavering, the competition was fierce, and the love was beyond measure.

Inwood Run Club & NYC DOT Summer Streets at the Closing Bell 🔔

Inwood Run Club had an incredible opportunity to join Nasdaq and the New York City Department of Transportation in celebrating Summer Streets at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square.

Proud to be part of this citywide initiative that transforms our streets into spaces for movement, fitness, recreation, and community connection. Grateful to represent Uptown and continue inspiring people to get outside, stay active, and build stronger communities one step at a time.
