🎙️ NO ONE SEES WHAT WE CARRY.

The abuse. The criticism. The pressure. The lonely nights. The mistakes that stay in our minds long after the final whistle.

But we keep showing up. We keep learning. We keep improving. We keep loving the game. ❤️⚽

Because we don’t do it for applause.
We do it for PURPOSE.

To every referee who has ever doubted themselves: KEEP GOING. Your journey matters, and one day, your commitment may inspire someone else to pick up the whistle. 🖤

Proud to be a referee. Proud to serve the game. 🏳️‍🌈⚽

A defending player (Team A) denies an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO) by pulling an opponent’s shirt (Team B) outside the penalty area. The referee allows play to continue as the ball goes to another Team B player who gains the possession, takes a shot on goal and misses the opportunity (the ball goes over the crossbar).

What is the referee’s decision?
