Congratulations to Alex, Diego & Matthew from Better Days on taking home the win! From developing their idea to presenting it in front of our guest judges, they showed up and delivered.

A huge congratulations to all of our SYEP participants as well. Every team put in the work throughout the program and should be proud of what they created and presented.

Come celebrate with us! 🎉 Join us for a live virtual showcase celebrating our SYEP cohort and everything they’ve accomplished over the past six weeks.

Our 15 participants have worked in teams to build their own apps and AI projects focused on solving real-world problems. During the showcase, each team will pitch their creation to a panel of guest judges, who will evaluate the projects and crown the winning team live! 🏆

Come support our young innovators and see what’s possible in just six weeks. 💚

We want our participants to leave with more than new skills. We want them to feel confident in their abilities and supported by their community. We also want them to have access to opportunities that help them move forward.

From EW alum to EW instructor, Makeda’s journey is a true example of what it means to grow, lead, and give back. 💚

After participating in multiple EW cohorts and completing our Train the Trainer course, Makeda stepped into the role of instructor. Over six weeks, she led five Pure Legacee students through our Digital Literacy curriculum, teaching skills from computer basics and cybersecurity to Google tools, AI, Canva, and brand building.

Throughout the cohort, Makeda did more than teach. She mentored, guided, and built alongside each student, bringing her own experience as an EW alum full circle.

We’re proud to spotlight Makeda and celebrate the way she continues to grow while pouring into the next generation. 💚
