🌟 OPEN SHARE NIGHT 🌟

When someone you love struggles with addiction, it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, confused, and alone.

The truth is… you don’t have to carry this burden by yourself.

Whether it’s a spouse, child, parent, sibling, friend, or other loved one, RISE is a safe and supportive place where family members can come together, share openly, be heard without judgment, and receive encouragement from others who truly understand.

Tomorrow night is Open Share Night—a special opportunity to:

✅ Share what’s on your heart
✅ Listen and connect with others
✅ Receive support and encouragement
✅ Find hope for the journey ahead

You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t even have to say a word if you’re not ready. Just come and know that you are not alone.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
— Galatians 6:2

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post. Someone you know may need this support more than you realize.

Ladies… this Friday at SOS Sisters of Strength we’re talking about something so many women silently carry… shame.

The truth is this:If God has forgiven us… why do we continue to punish ourselves?

Shame keeps us stuck in our past.Grace reminds us we are not defined by our worst moments.

Join us for:💜 “Not Living in Shame”💜 Forgiving Ourselves God’s Way💜 Finding freedom from guilt, regret, and self-condemnation💜 Encouragement, healing, and real sisterhood

📅 Friday, May 29th⏰ 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM📍 The ROC Recovery Center

“You are not your past. You are not your mistakes. You are defined by His grace.”

1 John 1:9 reminds us that when we confess, He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us completely. Maybe it’s time we start believing what God already said about us.

Bring a friend. You are not alone. 💜

ROC Recovery Center in partnership with our sponsor - Shreeve Insurance invite you to join us on Monday May 18th @ 5:30pm for “Letting Go”

Sometimes the heaviest things we carry are the things we were never meant to hold onto forever.

Fear…Control…Past mistakes.
Unanswered questions…Expectations
Other people’s choices.
The pressure to “fix” everyone around us.

The truth is…when we hold onto stress, anxiety, bitterness, fear, and constant worry, it doesn’t just affect us emotionally — it can impact us physically too.

Increased anxiety and chronic stress can contribute to exhaustion, sleep problems, headaches, high blood pressure, depression, weakened immune response, and emotional burnout.

That’s why this upcoming informational dinner workshop is so important.

LETTING GO

Learning to:
• Let go of managing everyone’s stuff
• Let go of outcomes
• Let go of unrealistic expectations
• Let go of fear and control
• And place those burdens into God’s hands

Join us Monday Night, May 18 from 5:30–7:00 PM at ROC Recovery Center for this powerful informational dinner workshop featuring Marty Lythgoe.

This is a safe place for you to breathe, heal, learn, and find support.

Once again A special THANK YOU to Shreeve Insurance for sponsoring this event and continuing to support recovery, hope, and healing for families in our community. Your partnership truly makes a difference.

Seats are limited so please call 541-200-3000 to reserve your spot!
