Discover how data collaboration transformed postpartum care in our latest newsletter article, "Postpartum Care Success: How Data Collaboration Transformed Healthcare." Umpqua Health Alliance faced challenges in meeting postpartum care standards but teamed up with Reliance HIE to integrate all-source data. This collaboration identified 77 out of 91 noncompliant PPC members, uncovering 16,541 data hits and significantly improving accuracy. By incorporating SNOMED and LOINC data, compliant members increased from 12 to 25, validating the power of diverse data sets and structured clinical data. This success story highlights the impact of data-driven decision-making in healthcare.
