The conference chair is a volunteer position and works with a committee to review all applications to select speakers and presenters, creates the timeline and structure of the day, writes the WLC portion of the script and more.

This year's format features two keynotes, a guided networking session, lightning talks, a luncheon panel and a midday movement break.

We have been working hard behind the scenes and we couldn't pull it off without the board, committee members and support from our lead sponsors: Lithia & driveway, Harry & David, and RVML Community Resource Center.

Every volunteer hour and business sponsorship we receive makes a direct impact on women’s lives here in the Rogue Valley.

Michelle is the founder and President of MJ Communication, bringing more than two decades of experience in marketing, public relations, event coordination, and strategic communication.

Before establishing her firm in 2016, she served as the Membership and Marketing Director at Rogue Valley Country Club, where she led member relations, communications, and marketing initiatives.
