The Women’s Leadership Connection (formerly Women’s Leadership Conference) offers an annual conference, mentorship program, speaking and professional development workshops - all designed to help women advance in their careers and in the community. To foster leadership in business, government, and non-profit organizations, that more fully reflects our community through an annual conference and community workshops.

Behind the scenes of WLC:

Sandra Colley, our 2026 Conference Chair welcoming everyone in the morning.

The conference chair is a volunteer position and works with a committee to review all applications to select speakers and presenters, creates the timeline and structure of the day, writes the WLC portion of the script and more.
