Please join us in welcoming Alice Bouman as the new Executive Director of Mirabella Seattle! Alice brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality and senior living, with a deep commitment to service excellence and resident experience.

Originally from the Netherlands, Alice spent more than two decades with world-class hospitality organizations, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and L'Auberge Hotels, leading teams across Europe, Asia, Canada, and the United States. After transitioning to senior living, she spent seven years with Aegis Living, supporting multiple communities, before most recently serving with Cogir Senior Living and joining the Mirabella team.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and many pets, exploring creative hobbies, and staying closely connected with her family in the Netherlands.

We are excited for Alice's leadership and resident-centered approach as she begins this new chapter with our community. Welcome to the Mirabella family, Alice!

🏆 Congratulations to our SHIBA Program volunteers on being selected as recipients of the Jackson County Community Service Award!

The Jackson County Board of Commissioners recognized these dedicated individuals for their outstanding service through our Community Volunteer Network. As part of the SHIBA program, they provide Medicare counseling to help Medicare-eligible individuals understand their benefits, explore coverage options, and protect themselves from fraud.

This well-deserved recognition reflects the compassion, knowledge, and dedication our SHIBA volunteers bring to the community every day, and we are incredibly grateful for the guidance, support, and peace of mind they provide to those navigating Medicare throughout Southern Oregon. 💙
