There’s joy in showing up for your community 🤎

Sometimes it looks like folding boxes, lending a hand, and sharing a laugh along the way

That’s the heart of community 🫶🏽

Meet Carmen, one of our incredible Pantry stars! 💛

Whether it’s lending a hand wherever she’s needed, taking on the unexpected, or showing up for her community, Carmen does it all with a smile and a heart that never stops saying yes.

Working at the Pantry isn’t always easy. Some days are long, the work is demanding, and the needs are great. But Carmen reminds us that even in the middle of the busiest days, love can be the driving force behind everything we do. Her resilience, dedication, and genuine love for the people around her are woven into the heart of our Pantry.

Carmen, thank you for your willingness, your joy, your strength, and the love you pour into this community. We are beyond grateful for your YES and for the beautiful example you set every time you walk through our doors. You are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated! 🫶

With love and gratitude,
9MR 💛

Meet Zulema Solorzano ✨

The first face you see when you walk into our Pantry, Zulema welcomes everyone with so much love and affection. 🧡

At almost 80 years old, this half-Dominican, half-Puerto Rican queen continues to generously give her time to help make sure our community is well-fed and cared for.

We love you, Zulema, and we are so incredibly grateful for your life and all that you do! ✨
