The Houston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to help locate 96-year-old Carrie Nelson, who is reported missing. She was last seen on Sunday, 05/31/2026, at approximately 10:00 PM in the 3600 block of Daphine St., Houston, TX 77021. Carrie Nelson is 5‘'4" tall, 108 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a gray bonnet, blue pajamas and black slippers.
If you have any information regarding her current whereabouts, please contact the Houston Police Department at 832-394-1840 and refer to case number 698659-26.

Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional Silver Alert on behalf of the Harris County Sheriff's Office for 70-year-old Benjamin Blount. He was last seen Thursday, 05/28/2026, at approximately 5:30 PM, on foot in the 500 block of Cypress Station Dr., Houston, Tx., 77090. Benjamin Blount was last seen wearing a red T-shirt with the word "BLESSED" on the front, black and white pajama pants, and blue tennis shoes.

Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts is asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office at 713-221-6000 or by email at [email protected] or contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.

Sabine Street Studios is hosting a special welcome reception for searching families and media partners to bring particular attention to these unresolved cases in an effort to .

Guests are invited to view , a powerful new exhibit featuring age-progression artwork of missing persons. This initiative is a heartfelt effort to shine a light on each individual case and raise awareness in our community in an effort to .

Texas Center for the Missing, Houston Police Department Department Forensic Artists, and Sabine Street Studios have collaborated to create this one-of-a-kind experience featuring the work of three local forensic artists: Sr. Police Officer Thurston Johnson, Detective Kristen N. Aloysius, and HPD Forensic Artist Bryan Bradley, who are all dedicated to reuniting families through their artistic endeavors.

EVENTS (all events at Sabine Street Studios, 1907 Sabine Street, Houston, TX 77007):

June 5th, 6 - 8 PM | Welcome Reception for Searching Families and Media Partners to bring special attention to these unresolved cases.
June 13th, 1 - 3 PM | Houston Police Forensic Artist, Sr. Police Officer Thurston Johnson will host a workshop on forensic drawing and creating portraits based on memories. This event will take place on June 13th. It is free and open to the public.

Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional Silver Alert on behalf of the Harris County Sheriff's Office for 66-year-old David Le. He was last seen Thursday, 05/21/2026, at approximately 9:00 PM in the 9500 block of Knox Prairie CT., Cypress, Tx., 77433. He was driving a 2025 Gray 4 Door Toyota Corolla bearing Texas license plate number VXC5000. David Le was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
