What began with one KitchenAid mixer has grown into one of Texas’ largest fresh pasta producers—now supplying more than 160 restaurants across the state.

PaperCity shares Luisa Obando’s incredible journey: selling out each weekend at local farmers markets, investing everything in her dream, building Della Casa Pasta in Tomball, and helping other food entrepreneurs along the way.

Today, our market offers more than 20 varieties of fresh pasta, house-made sauces, family meals, Italian pantry favorites, an adjacent bakery—and a window where you can watch the pasta magic happen.

And we’re only getting started: plans for a second Houston-area shop are underway!
