This program is designed specifically to support caregivers of individuals with dementia and reduce ER visits and hospitalizations, as well as manage behavioral health challenges and caregiver burnout.

Some things this program includes are:
•Comprehensive assessments in coordination with the patient's primary care provider.
•24/7 helpline access to HopeWest team members.
•Education and resource coordination, help with meals, transportation, and other community services.
•Respite care, giving caregivers a well-deserved break when needed.

Is your child or teen struggling with the loss of someone close to them?

HopeWest Kids hosts two camps in the summer for children working through loss. These camps offer an opportunity for them to express and cope with grief in a supportive environment with other children of similar ages.

Itty Bitty Camp is a day camp for kids in K-2, held on June 5th. Camp Good Grief is a weekend camp for grades 3-12 held from July 17-19.
