Alpha Omega Institute A Creation Teaching Ministry It is a unique opportunity which includes many exciting field trips and practical ministry outreach.

Alpha Omega Institute has become an international outreach endeavor, with speakers teaching in over 30 countries since the organization’s founding three decades ago. By God’s grace, Dave and Mary Jo Nutting and other AOI speakers have taught at approximately 6,000 events, ranging from short presentations to multi-week courses. AOI has reached hundreds of thousands of kids and adults through presen

tations at churches, public and Christian schools, universities, camps, Vacation Bible Schools and other children’s programs. AOI is developing the Discover Creation Training Institute (DCTI), which is a specialized 1-year training program designed to fortify students with a creation-based Biblical worldview with an emphasis on applied apologetics and personal discipleship. Our goal is to create a community of learners, serious about growing in their own knowledge and relationship with the Lord and defending and sharing their faith with others. DCTI is designed to help individuals:

•Transition from high school to college.
•Gain a “breath of fresh air” from their current college or workplace.
•Receive specialized training in creation ministry and evangelism. DCTI is an important addition to the overall ministry of AOI. It will strengthen and extend our current vision and work by discipling, equipping, and empowering students to impact their own family, church, campus, and community. Charles Lyell influenced many – including Darwin, but he was quite biased against the Bible.

What does that mean?

There is so much in this article – just think about the conclusion of all the complexity in the cell:

“Do you understand everything you just read? I certainly don’t! Even after dedicating decades of my life to the study of biology, my brain still swirls with all the details and higher concepts. On the other hand, biology shows us the wisdom and power of the Creator. What shall we say to all these things? Should we join with the unbeliever and shout to the heavens that there is no evidence for God? Can you get feathers from scales??

“The study injected a substance called SAG, which activates the Shh pathway, into an 11-day-old chicken embryo. This disrupted the normally-precisely-controlled expression levels of the Shh pathway. As a result, feathers formed on the chicken embryo’s feet, which normally only have scales.

…If the chicken embryo did not have the feather-making instructions, disrupting the Shh pathways would not result in the formation of feathers. The same is true for dinosaurs. Dinosaurs would only be able to form feathers if they already had the genetic instructions on how to do so.

Rather than supporting evolution, the results of this study show the brilliance of the Creator who designed the sophisticated programs that control chicken embryonic development.”
