Happy National Donut Day from the Grand Junction Corps of The Salvation Army! 🍩❤️

Today we had the honor of going out into our community and delivering donuts to some of the incredible people who serve and support others every single day. From our first responders, hospitals, and local TV stations to many of the amazing partners who work alongside us throughout the year — this was our small way of saying THANK YOU.

We are truly grateful for the dedication, compassion, and hard work these organizations and individuals bring to our community every day. It’s partnerships like these that help make Grand Junction stronger, kinder, and more connected.

Celebrate with us! National Donut Day started with The Salvation Army. During World War I, the "Donut Lassies" served donuts and encouragement to American soldiers. Today, we honor that legacy by supporting veterans in our community. Enjoy a donut, celebrate a tradition of service, and help provide hope and assistance to those who have served.
