Steppin' It Up, Inc is a non-profit Personal Training/Life Skills Coaching Group designed to bring clients to their next level of fitness and well being. We work with people of both physical and mental challenges to help them become stronger, healthier and more independent individuals. Each person works 2 and/or 3 days a week in the gym to help build strength and cardiovascular. Once a month durin

g the warmer months we take our passion, knowledge and curiosity out of the gym to explore new adventures as a group. These adventures can be challenging but extremely rewarding and are done with peers that are both apart of the Program and anyone else who would like to participate. This Program is a separate affiliation but is based out of Mesa Fitness of Grand Junction. Personal training is paid for by the client but our monthly Field Trips are paid for by our very generous donors. Donations can be sent to Steppin' It Up, Inc, PO Box 193, Grand Junction, Co 81502!
