Another round of applause to our featured sponsor, Arena Collective, for their generous support of the Art Imitates Life public art exhibit!

Arena Collective has been an incredible partner in helping the Covington Public Art Fund bring art out of the studio and into the heart of our community. Their support helps make it possible for residents and visitors alike to experience these remarkable works throughout downtown Covington.

We’re grateful for community partners like Arena Collective who believe that public art matters—and that investing in art means investing in a more vibrant, creative and connected Covington.

Thank you, Arena Collective, for helping us prove that Art Lives Here.

DOUBLE, DOUBLE-TAKE

We had plenty of great Art Imitates Life moments during White Linen. Here are a couple!

That’s exactly what we love about public art: it invites you to stop, look again, interact, laugh, take a photo and make the experience your own.

White Linen may be behind us, but Art Imitates Life is still right here in Covington through Spring 2027. There are 14 sculptures waiting to be discovered throughout downtown.

See one? Take the photo. Tag us. Give us your best double take.

ART LIVES HERE — because people bring it to life.

Support the Covington Public Art Fund and help us keep creating moments like these.

White Linen was a fundraiser for the Covington Public Art Fund — but its impact reached far beyond our organization.

On an otherwise hot, slow summer evening, thousands of people poured into downtown Covington. They filled restaurants, packed bars, shopped local, tipped servers, bought food and drinks, and helped create a very real economic boost for the businesses that make downtown special.

That matters.

We think of White Linen itself as a form of public art: a shared experience that transformed the streets, brought people together and made Covington feel alive.

So if you liked what you saw — and you liked the sound of the register ringing — we hope you'll help us do more of it.

Public art is good for community. And it can be very good for business.

We’re still glowing.

Covington White Linen for Public Art may have lasted just one evening, but the energy, generosity and sense of community are still very much with us. Seeing downtown filled with friends, neighbors, artists, music, packed businesses and so many people enjoying Covington together was something special.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who showed up, supported local businesses, celebrated the arts and helped make the evening possible — especially our Presenting Sponsor, Arena Collective, whose support helped bring the vision to life.

And the best part? The impact doesn’t end when White Linen ends. Your support of the Covington Public Art Fund helps us continue bringing art into the places we all share.

If the evening made you smile, consider making a small donation today. Every contribution helps keep public art alive in Covington.

Thank You.
Covington White Linen for Public Art simply would not have been possible without the incredible professionals who worked behind the scenes — and throughout the evening — to keep Downtown Covington safe, welcoming, and ready for thousands of visitors.
Thank you, City of Covington, City staff, Covington PD, Covington Fire Department, and every public servant who helped make the evening possible. We appreciate you more than you know.

A BEAUTIFUl WHITE LINEN GOOD MORNING!

Covington White Linen for Public Art is here — a night of art, music, food, friends, and celebrating Downtown Covington, all in support of one purpose:

Raising funds for public art in Covington and across the Northshore.

Public art brings our community to life, creating places to gather, explore, and experience what makes our towns unique — but it depends on your support.

Please consider donating to the Covington Public Art Fund.

DRIVING IN FOR WHITE LINEN?

We’ve made parking a little easier!

Thanks to the generous support of Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, White Linen guests can park at the St. Tammany Parish Justice Center parking plaza, just a block or two from the action, and catch the complimentary trolley into the event.

Trolley pickup: Near the intersection of Theard, Kirkland & N. New Hampshire Streets

The trolley will make rounds throughout the evening, picking up and dropping off guests at designated stops around the perimeter of White Linen — an easy way to get where you’re going without worrying about parking right in the middle of the festivities.

And here’s the insider tip: the trolley is AIR-CONDITIONED. ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

A huge THANK YOU to Gulf Coast Bank & Trust for generously providing the trolley and driver—helping make White Linen more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

See you tonight!
