Covington / Mandeville Ducks Unlimited Chapter Ducks Unlimited is the world's leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation.

DU got its start in 1937 during the Dust Bowl when North America’s drought-plagued waterfowl populations had plunged to unprecedented lows. Determined not to sit idly by as the continent’s waterfowl dwindled beyond recovery, a small group of sportsmen joined together to form an organization that became known as Ducks Unlimited.

HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE!

When it launched in 2019, “Conservation For A Continent" set an ambitious $3 billion goal.

Now, it has set a record, and we are completely in awe of what this community has accomplished together!

Together, Ducks Unlimited volunteers and supporters have generated an unprecedented $4.06 BILLION for wetlands conservation! A first-of-its-kind achievement for landscape conservation!

Behind every dollar raised and every acre conserved is a person who showed up. None of this happens without YOU! Every banquet ticket, every donation, every hour volunteered, it all added up to something the conservation world has never seen before. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

Here's to the wetlands. Here's to the waterfowl. And here's to the greatest conservation community on the planet!

📣 Support the Northshore Wetlands Conservation effort

There are plenty of reasons to come out — live music from Zach Day, great food from Code 4 Catering, bourbon tasting, auctions, and an impressive list of raffle items.

But the biggest reason is this:

Your support helps raise critical funding for Ducks Unlimited conservation work right here on the Northshore, including the Big Branch Marsh National Wildlife Refuge Terracing Project.

Starting in 2027, this project will include nearly 60,000 feet of marsh terraces to help reduce erosion, improve habitat, and strengthen the wetlands we all care about.

Can’t make it? No problem — you do not have to be present to win raffle prizes, and your support still helps local wetlands and wildlife.
