Summer break started with an adventure last week for a group of Upper School students and faculty!

As part of the Upper School Study Trips Program, they spent the week in the Galápagos Islands, with a stop in Quito, Ecuador, exploring ecology, evolution, conservation, and culture firsthand.

Say hello to Porter-Gaud’s newest Middle Schoolers! 👋

This morning, the Lower School celebrated the Class of 2034 and all of the growth, friendships, and memories that shaped their Lower School years. In August, these students will return ready for the opportunities, responsibilities, and adventures of fifth grade.

History came to life last week as our fourth graders performed Tell Us, Betsy, Tell Us! 🇺🇸

Through song, dance, and storytelling, students showcased their studies of the American Revolution and all they’ve learned. Bravo to our cast and teachers on a fantastic performance!

The Lower School was full of proud smiles this week as students shared their writing portfolios with families during their annual writing celebrations. ✍️

Fourth graders also put their creativity and problem-solving skills on display through geometry-inspired mini golf projects that combined math and design. ⛳
