The Charleston Men’s Chorus was honored to take part in the 320th Anniversary Service at St. James’ Parish Church in Goose Creek earlier this spring.

During the service, the Chorus sang “Ubi Caritas” by Ola Gjeilo for the offertory and joined the congregation in leading several hymns throughout the morning.

It was a meaningful opportunity to share music in one of the Lowcountry’s most historic and beautiful sacred spaces. We are grateful to St. James’ Parish Church for their warm welcome and hospitality.

We are still reflecting on yesterday’s meaningful performance aboard the USS Yorktown.

Here is another moment from the Hire Quest American Heroes Awards, where members of the Charleston Men’s Chorus were honored to perform the Marine Corps Hymn in recognition of two Marine veterans.

It was a privilege to be part of such a special tribute.

Today, members of the Charleston Men’s Chorus had the honor of performing the National Anthem and the Marine Corps Hymn aboard the historic USS Yorktown for the Hire Quest American Heroes Awards.

This meaningful ceremony recognized two Marine veterans for their service and sacrifice. We are grateful to have been part of such a special event and to help honor those who have given so much.

Please take a moment to watch and reflect with us.
