Yesterday was Indigenous Peoples’ Day!

Here at Repro Equity Now, we honor the Indigenous people, communities, and cultures whose histories and traditions are deeply rooted in the land we now call New England.

Reproductive freedom means having the right to live with dignity, respect, and bodily autonomy.

That freedom requires recognizing and respecting the sovereignty, histories, and lived experiences of Indigenous people and communities across New England—today and every day.

For families in rural communities, a doctor’s appointment can mean missing work or spending hours on the road.

Telehealth care changes that dynamic.

Many times, it allows patients to access care without long drives to the clinic, taking time off work, or finding transportation or childcare.

Distance is already a huge barrier to care; we should make healthcare easier to reach – not harder.

Thanks to advocates like YOU, Massachusetts is on the verge of banning the sale and trade of cell phone location data.

But first, lawmakers have to merge the House and Senate versions into one final bill. This will determine how strong these protections are — and whether big tech companies can be held accountable when they violate them.

Location data can reveal very sensitive information — including visits to abortion clinics and gender-affirming care providers.

But a law without meaningful enforcement is a law without teeth.
