Her personal journey—immigrating to Lowell as a child refugee, facing housing insecurity, her extensive career dedicated to community advocacy, her notable work ethic, and her progressive values—establish her as the best candidate to represent the constituents of Lowell, Dunstable, Dracut, Pepperell, and Tynsborough. As a State Representative, Vanna Howard has served as a consistent and dependable champion for economic justice, immigrant rights, public schools, and climate, and we look forward to working with her as the next State Senator.
