A lot of momentum building for **A to get across the finish line! More and more people are realizing how we can't fix our supply problem unless we are simultaneously preserving the housing we already have. Otherwise, we are running toward our housing goal on a treadmill, all while our community members get displaced.
Washington DC is the perfect example of T**A success. 40+ years with T**A in place, and over 16,000 families protected from displacement. And in 2010-2020 they increased their housing stock by 18.1%, more than any state in the country. If MA were to increase by 18.1% we would be looking at over 550,000 new units, more than doubling our 222k goal.

A tenant right-to-purchase bill is closer to becoming law than ever before, but lawmakers still have to reconcile competing versions of the policy.
