At Showcase last week, Executive Director Wyona Lynch-McWhite closed the evening by telling the nearly 250 attendees:
โLast year, I asked you all to remember that JOY IS A FORM OF RESISTANCE. That remains even more true today where the challenges are very real. So, your charge tonight is to remember that there is ABUNDANCE even in times of resistance.
With an abundant mindset we understand that when each of does our part โ thatโs where the collective power comes from. There are many things that are in short supply these days but empathy and kindness should never be on that list. Letโs do good work, and get into some good troubleโฆ with abundance.โ
