Can you believe it’s already August? We don’t know about you, but we’re not ready for summer to be over just yet!

As many in our community prepare to celebrate Cabo Verdean culture at the Red Sox game Thursday night or in Onset this weekend, don’t forget to make your plans for the CVAMS 6th Annual Conference and Gala, September 25–27.

Conference update

Friday’s conference programming will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will include research presentations, networking, and discussions on healthcare workforce and talent retention in Cabo Verde.

Saturday's program will be from 8am-4pm and will feature remarks from the new Minister of Health of Cabo Verde. Additional program details will be released as they are confirmed.
