Five wines. Five beautifully composed bites. Amazing live performances bringing each pairing to life.

Our first Opera Under the Influence event with Opera Idaho was an evening of incredible food, wine, music, and company.

Each wine was thoughtfully paired with a fine-dining bite from our culinary team, while the talented performers of Opera Idaho brought another layer to each pairing through music. And to make the evening even more memorable, one lucky Arid Club member went home with season tickets to the opera!

A huge thank you to Opera Idaho for collaborating with us to create such a unique experience. We are incredibly proud of how the evening came together and thrilled that this was only the first in a series of Opera Under the Influence events to come.
