⏰ The afternoon at the YP Summit is all about making the most of your time! From planning for the future to prioritizing yourself and exploring the evolution of our community, these sessions will leave you with plenty to think about.

🗓️ Time to Plan: Cara Van Sant, Director of Boise State University's Venture College, will moderate a panel featuring Amy Carlson of Boise Cascade, Deena Lobb of Pennant, and Jill Singer of the City of Boise.

😌 Time for Me: Sheena Jester, Talent Acquisition Manager at PetIQ, will lead a conversation with Eren Barker of St. Luke’s Health System, Marissa Rainieri of Alaska Airlines, and Angela Taylor-Lee of The Taylor LEAD Foundation on the importance of making time for yourself.

🌱 A Trip Through Time: We’ll close out the Summit with a journey through the Treasure Valley’s past, present, and future. Michael Ballantyne of TOK, Charity Nelson of Adler Industrial, and Tommy Ahlquist of Ahlquist Development will share their perspectives on how our community has evolved and where it’s headed next.

Best Workplace for YPs: This award is presented to an Idaho business or organization that demonstrates a commitment to attracting, retaining, and developing the young, professional workforce.

The Chamber also selects and honors a BYP Member of the Year and BYP Corporate Partner of the Year based on participation and support of BYP and its membership.
