Latino Fest is evolving.
What began as a celebration of Latino culture has grown into a space where our community comes together to celebrate our heritage, share our traditions, and build connections.
As our community continues to grow and become an increasingly important part of Idaho, we believe Latino Fest should evolve with it. Our goal is to take the festival to the next level—not only as a celebration of our culture, but also as a platform for conversation, leadership, representation, and vision for the future.
That is why we are introducing “The Latino Experience: Our Roots, Our Future.” This panel brings together six voices representing different areas of the Latino experience in Idaho:

Through these six perspectives, we will explore how the Latino community in Idaho has changed over the last several decades, where we stand today, and what we want to build for the generations that come after us.
The conversation will be divided into three parts: OUR ROOTS ➡️ OUR PRESENT ➡️ OUR FUTURE
The goal is not only to look back, but to understand how our history has shaped our present and how our decisions today can shape the future of the Latino community in Idaho.
