Happy Monday, Bayganda family! 🎉
Today we’re celebrating one of our very own Sew-What alum , Brooklyn ( ), on her graduation from the New York Film Academy (nyfa)! 🎬✨

Brooklyn was actually part of the very first Sew-What camp back in 2005, and seeing her reach this incredible milestone makes us so proud. Our Sew-What girls continue to inspire us with their talent, determination, and drive, paving the way for the next generation.

We can’t believe camp is just ONE WEEK away! 🤩 And even more exciting—our biggest camp to date is officially FULL! Thank you all for your incredible support.

We can’t wait to see everyone at camp. Join us in congratulating Brooklyn on this amazing achievement! 🎓❤️

Bayganda Family!! All Sew-What Sessions spots have officially been filled and we couldn’t be more excited for this summer!

This will be our biggest camp ever—and it’s all thanks to you. Your continued support of the Bayganda mission has helped us reach this incredible milestone.

A special thank you to our OG Sew-What girls for coming down to help us over the next couple of weeks, and to our guest lecturer, Julie Wong, for helping our girls show up in their communities as activists!

We are officially hosting our biggest Sew What Camp EVER!!! We’re so excited for our three camp sessions kicking off on June 8th!

Our good friend .art will be joining us every Tuesday during camp to help our girls dive into self-discovery. 💫

We’re also thrilled to have our Sew What alums, and , jumping in to help make this summer unforgettable!

We have some important summer updates to share with you.

Due to the current state of the world, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our international trip to Uganda with the girls this summer. This will not stop us from planning an epic summer!!
