The Berea Arts Council (BAC) believes that art enriches, sustains, and contributes to the quality of everyday life. s an all-volunteer organization with no physical location, the BAC now occupies the ground floor of 444 Chestnut Street. The historic Tate Building, constructed in 1929, is the cornerstone of the Old Town Artisan Village and Chestnut Street districts.
