Sometimes, we have to release what was to receive what God is doing next.
Old disappointments, past mistakes, and seasons that no longer serve us can keep us from seeing the new growth God is cultivating.
Trust His timing, loosen your grip on yesterday, and make room for the beautiful things He is growing in you.

Dear Lord,
Help us release what we were never meant to carry into the next season.
Give us faith to let go of the past and eyes to see the new things You are doing.
Prepare our hearts for growth, and help us trust Your plans even when we cannot yet see the outcome.

Your family doesn’t need perfectly planned days, spotless homes, or everything to go according to plan.
They need you present, attentive, and willing to love them right where you are.
The ordinary moments become meaningful when our hearts are fully there.

🙏🏻 Dear Lord, help us release the pressure to make everything perfect.
Teach us to slow down, put distractions aside, and be fully present with the people You’ve given us.
May our family feel deeply loved, seen, and valued—not because life is perfect, but because we choose to be present.

Sometimes drifting from God doesn’t happen all at once. It happens quietly…a missed prayer, a small compromise, old habits creeping back in.

But Zechariah 1:3 gives us such a beautiful reminder:

“Return to me… and I will return to you.”

If you’ve felt distant from God lately, don’t let guilt keep you there. Turn back toward Him. He’s already inviting you home. 🙏

PULSE CHECK 💙 🙏🏻 🫀 📖

We’re often quick to notice what’s wrong, but how often do we pause to notice what’s good?

The peaceful morning. The healthy body. The family around the table. The answered prayer. The thing that used to weigh heavily that no longer does.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 reminds us: “Give thanks in all circumstances.”

Gratitude doesn’t mean everything is perfect. It means we don’t let the difficult things become so loud that we miss the quiet gifts God has placed right beside us.

So this week, think of three things that are good in your life right now. They don’t have to be big. Simply pause and say, “God, thank You. I see it.”

Don’t wait for everything to be perfect to notice the good. 💙
