This month, we stand with the children and families whose lives have been impacted by childhood cancer. We honor their courage, recognize the challenges they face, and celebrate the families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and communities who support them every step of the way.

At BCRC, we know the power of having a community beside you when cancer changes your life. This month, we extend that support and compassion to every family navigating childhood cancer. 💛

Este mes nos solidarizamos con todos los niños y las familias cuyas vidas han sido impactadas por el cáncer infantil. Honramos su valentía, reconocemos los desafíos que enfrentan y agradecemos a las familias, cuidadores, profesionales de la salud y comunidades que los acompañan en cada paso del camino.

Last Monday was our Mets Retreat, and what an incredible day! 💗

Some of our clients came together at Balcones Country Club for a day of connection, support, and a well-deserved pause from the everyday.

Throughout the day, we enjoyed some wonderful activities, time to relax, share experiences, and simply enjoy being together. It was a day filled with meaningful moments, great conversations, and lots of smiles.

A huge thank you to the Lori Lacy Legacy of Love Fund and Pfizer for making this special day possible, and to everyone who shared their time, talents, and energy to make the day so memorable for our clients! 💕

Algunos de nuestros clientes se reunieron en Balcones Country Club para disfrutar de un día de conexión, apoyo y una pausa muy merecida de la rutina.

Please join us in welcoming Norma Jean Chapa as BCRC’s new Director of Development! 💗

Norma Jean is no stranger to BCRC. For nearly 20 years, she has been an incredible part of our community, serving in many volunteer roles and most recently as Chair of our Board of Directors.

Now, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her into this new role and have her bring her passion, experience, and deep connection to BCRC to our Development team.

Laura Reutter has been an outstanding patient navigator for the last 6 years, and her ability to engage and connect with people has always set her apart. Although we will miss her on the Patient Navigation team, we are thrilled that she will be representing BCRC through Community Outreach, a role that is a perfect fit for her talents and strengths!
