Please join us in welcoming Robert Roseberry as our newest Electrical Substitute Instructor in Central Texas! ⚡🔧

Robert brings a wealth of real-world experience to our students, serving as a Journeyman Electrician and instructor, with a career rooted in service to others. Before entering the electrical trade, he proudly served our country in the United States Air Force and spent nearly a decade as a Texas State Trooper.

Today, Robert is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the next generation of skilled trades professionals and helping students build confidence both in and out of the classroom.

In this episode, children discover how air conditioners move heat instead of creating cold air, how refrigerant acts like a sponge for heat, how air conditioning changed the world, and what it takes to become an HVAC technician. Along the way, they learn about skilled trades careers and the science behind one of the most important technologies of modern life.

We’re excited to welcome Wesley Williams as the newest HVAC + Plumbing Instructor at Skillpoint Alliance in South Austin!

With more than 18 years of experience in HVAC/R and commercial refrigeration, Wesley brings expertise in field leadership, project management, commissioning, technician training, and business operations. A licensed contractor and graduate of Houston Community College's Commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program, he combines deep technical knowledge with real-world experience.

Most importantly, Wesley is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled trades professionals. His guidance and mentorship will help students build a strong foundation in HVAC and plumbing as they prepare for rewarding careers in the trades.
