The Martin Luther King Sr. Community Resources Collaborative recently had the opportunity to participate in the Showcase Atlanta Workforce Expo as a community resource partner!

This two-day event connected 2,500 job seekers with more than 100 employers preparing for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup matches coming to Atlanta this summer.

While we were not there as an employer, we were proud to connect with community members and share how our programs help bridge the gap during periods of unemployment. Through workforce readiness programming, financial education, and personalized support, we help individuals prepare for new opportunities and work toward long-term stability.

Events like this highlight the power of collaboration in strengthening our city’s workforce and creating pathways for success.

We’re grateful to be part of the work helping Atlanta grow stronger together!
