June is National Reunification Month. đź’›

At Kids Alive, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in a safe, loving family whenever possible. Sometimes that means helping parents access the support, counseling, and resources needed to create a healthier home. Other times, it means identifying a safe relative through kinship care who can provide long-term stability and belonging.

🏠Family is often where healing continues.

That's why our teams work not only with children, but with parents, caregivers, and extended family members—helping strengthen relationships, build protective environments, and create brighter futures together.

Because every child deserves to know they are not alone.

No one is meant to walk alone.

đź’śThis month, we're celebrating the power of belonging: the safe relationships, caring communities, and faithful supporters who help children and families carry burdens they were never meant to bear by themselves.

When we walk alongside one another, healing grows, hope in Christ is restored, and children discover they are not alone.

You may never meet every child whose story you impact—but you belong in their story. 💛

Every month, we share stories of healing, belonging, justice, and hope from Kids Alive programs around the world. Because of supporters like you, children are discovering they are not alone.

What if one of the greatest gifts we can offer someone is simply showing up?

Brotherly kindness is more than being nice. It is choosing to walk alongside others with compassion, encouragement, and care, especially when life feels difficult.

This month's Life Declaration devotional explores how God uses relationships to bring healing, strengthen communities, and remind us that we were never meant to walk alone.

"And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.”
(1 John 4:21)

💙 Read the devotional and discover how brotherly kindness can transform the lives of others—and your own.

“I am Art" means I am God's masterpiece: He is my Creator & Restorer. 🎨🇱🇧

In the midst of uncertainty, creativity becomes a reminder that every child is uniquely created by God and deeply valued.

Through art, the children we serve in Lebanon are expressing hope, building confidence, and discovering that their story is still being beautifully written. đź’›

When Samir's* behavior began raising concerns at school, the deeper challenge wasn't only what was happening in the classroom—it was what his family had been carrying at home.

Through counseling, family strengthening, and the support of caring adults, Samir and his father began learning new ways to communicate, rebuild trust, and grow together.

Today, their story is a reminder that when families receive support together, healing can begin to take root.

Every child deserves to grow up in a family and community free from fear and violence ❌

At Kids Alive Guatemala's Oasis and Escuintla programs, justice advocacy helps make that possible. Through legal support, trauma-informed care, family strengthening, and victim advocacy, children and families are not left to navigate difficult circumstances alone.

In 2025, our team helped secure 11 convictions and provided legal assistance to 208 families—helping protect children, strengthen families, and create safer futures.

Because justice is not only about accountability. It's about restoring hope, protecting children, and helping communities heal. 💙🇬🇹

Today, Kenya celebrates Madaraka Day 🇰🇪—a national holiday marking the country’s first step toward self-governance and independence in 1963.

“Madaraka” is the Swahili word for "freedom, authority, and self-determination:" a reminder of the strength and resilience found in communities working together toward a better future.

At Kids Alive Kenya, we see that same spirit reflected every day as children, families, teachers, churches, and leaders come together to create spaces where healing, education, protection, and hope can grow.

Today, we celebrate the people and partnerships helping children step into brighter futures across Kenya. đź’›
