Meet Bethaney B. Wilkinson đź‘‹ Spiritual director, writer, and author of A More Beautiful Way to Live: Nine Practices to Unlearn Habits of Anxiety, Fear, and Urgency

This week, Bethaney’s bringing her book — and her wisdom on slowing down and breaking free from cycles of exhaustion and overachievement to Plywood Connects.

That’s what Connects is all about: a community of builders learning from each other, activating potential, and finding a more beautiful way forward — together.

The future is not something we inherit. It’s something we build — one conversation, one connection, one activated idea at a time. This is our studio for launching ventures, and it’s full of moments just like this. 🔨

Our space was buzzing all week ⚡️

We kicked things off with Plywood Mastermind, welcomed the energy of TEDxAtlanta, hosted an intimate Q&A with Charles Lee, and wrapped it all up with Plywood Connects.

Grateful for a community that keeps showing up, sharing ideas, and building something bigger together.

We’re all connected somehow but most of the time, we don’t see it until we’re willing to share something real about ourselves.

At Plywood Connects, we asked a simple question:
What’s something you’re involved in that people might not guess or something uniquely you?

Then we invited people to take a piece of red string and connect their story to someone else’s.

What happened next was a reminder that the things that make us feel different are often the very things that bring us together. Threads crossed the roomlinking passions, experiences, and stories that might’ve never surfaced otherwise.

Connection doesn’t just happen. It starts with honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to be seen.

If you’re craving more of that kind of connection, we’d love to have you with us.

Join us for the next Plywood Connects on April 22. Link in bio
