LBC had the wonder opportunity to host the Grid Alternatives Cohort 1 at our facility. This past Saturday, family, friends, and supporters all gathered to celebrate the participants Graduation for successfully completing the Cohort. The amazing collaborations with GRID Alternatives and Black Sustainability, Inc. allowed individuals to unlocked new skills and step into the Solar Industry with purpose and vision.

The last few weeks, each individual embarked on a journey to train, build, and prepare to enter the Green Workforce!

Congratulations to everyone that completed the Grid Alternatives Cohort 1!
YOU ALL DID IT and are Official GRADUATES!!

A special thank you to those that made it all possible. Their vision, tenacity, and dedication will not go unnoticed!
