Georgia Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) The chapter has over 350 members throughout the state of Georgia.

The Georgia CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter was established in 1972 as a local affiliate of the CCIM Institute to promote professionalism in the Georgia commercial investment brokerage industry through education, networking and technology. The CCIM Designation:
To earn the CCIM title, CCIMs have completed a designation course curriculum that covers essential CCIM skill sets i

ncluding ethics, interest based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis. CCIMs have submitted a portfolio to verify the depth of their commercial real estate experience and demonstrated their proficiency by successfully completing a comprehensive examination.
