Hanna was finishing her final two years at UGA when she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Instead of stepping back, she leaned into her community — friends, laughter, football Saturdays, and the goal of walking across that stage on time.

She did exactly that. 🩵

Today, Hanna is a speech-language pathologist at William Breman Jewish Home, spending her days making life a little brighter for others — because she knows firsthand how much that matters.

Her joy? Helping people. That's the GOCA spirit.

Thank you, Hannah, for your strength, your story, and your heart. We're so proud to call you part of our teal family.

Bloating. Pelvic pain. Feeling full too quickly. Needing the bathroom constantly. Easy to explain away, but if these symptoms persist for more than a few weeks, it's time to speak up. 🩵

There's no routine screening test for ovarian cancer, which means the conversation has to start with you. Write down your symptoms, be specific with your doctor, and advocate for yourself.

Thank you to Dr. Guilherme Cantuaria at Northside Hospital for helping us have this conversation.

Early detection is everything. Watch, share, and make sure every woman you love sees this.
