From side hustle to Best Presenter to a brand new studio in the River Arts District.

A year ago, Leah thought Light & Love Arts was just a side project. Then she pitched it at Hatch This, talked with other founders, and realized she had a real business worth chasing.

Last December she took the stage at Pitchmas, walked away with Best Presenter, and connected with Hatch coach Jay Mixter, who pointed her toward Mountain BizWorks and their ScaleUp program.

Today, Light & Love Arts has a beautiful new home in the River Arts District, bringing process art and sensory play to more Asheville families than ever.

Her advice if you’re sitting on an idea? Go for it. Say it out loud. Put it out into the universe and then make some moves with it.

Our next Pitch Party is today 10/13, and Leah will be there to share an update on how Light & Love Arts has grown since her pitch.

Come pitch, come cheer, come find your people.
