• write your name on the board if pitching

The Lazy Tiger hostel in Asheville NC is a place for travelers to recharge, have fun, experience the area, and make the most of their stay.

We had the opportunity to hear from Ryan Appleton, the owner of the hostel.

Ryan's story starts with a leap of faith that took him from a corporate career to a hostel in South America to creating a place of connection and belonging back in Asheville.

Since the beginning of our Entrepreneur-In-Residence program; the mentors and all of Hatch has been impressed by our students.

Rose Nhira is one of those students. She is currently in the process of launching her app- uSWAP.

With funding from NC IDEA, and support from our mentors, Hatch was able to award her $10,000 of grant money in total to continue her ventures.
