SeekHealing Social health nonprofit✨making experiences of human connection accessible for all.

Behind the opioid overdose epidemic is a much greater loneliness epidemic: an increasing lack of meaningful connection in society, and the trauma that goes hand-in-hand with isolation. In a new approach to the epidemic, SeekHealing addresses the social drivers of addiction. We help each other experience real human connection and we provide free access to holistic healing services.

The people who are best at holding space for others are usually the ones closest to burning out.

Social Health Facilitation Training is SeekHealing's 10-week course in trauma-informed, non-hierarchical facilitation, built for clinicians, social workers, nonprofit leaders, coaches and organizers who want an actual method for leading groups and hard conversations without absorbing the weight of them.

Ten weeks, fully online. Wednesdays 12–3pm ET, about 5 hours a week. No licensure prerequisite. Two certification levels.

The fall cohort starts October 7.
