Here's an interesting study out of Sweden. Let's think more openly about the holistic goals of education. Are we attempting to fill students' minds with facts and test retention, or are we engaged in helping them to cultivate healthy habits of heart, mind, and body? More than anything, we each need adaptable and practical tools to be kind and productive members of society while navigating complex and ever-changing landscapes.
