Today, we were blessed to enroll four young people as Junior Soldiers. We are grateful to Major Luci Da Silva for bringing God’s Word and leading the enrollment ceremony.

During the service, family members and local officers pinned the Junior Soldier “S” on each child’s shirt, symbolizing “Saved to Serve.”The young people then recited the Junior Soldier Promise and signed their commitment, signifying their dedication to following God with all their heart, mind, and soul.

We celebrate this important milestone in their spiritual journey and pray that God will continue to guide and strengthen them as they grow in faith and service.

Today the Salvation Army Regional Women's Rally was held at the Annapolis Corps. The ladies enjoyed food, devotion, and we learned how to make a Christmas wreath. In our devotion, it was shared that we not an extra piece to the puzzle. We are the piece God created us to be and we fit in right where He has placed us.

🎄 ANGEL TREE 2026 UPDATE 🎄
REGISTRATION HAS REACHED CAPACITY

The Salvation Army Annapolis is grateful for the overwhelming response from our community.

Due to exceptional need, all Angel Tree appointment slots have been filled, and we have reached our maximum capacity for the 2026 Christmas season.

900 CHILDREN SERVED

This year's program was expanded to assist 900 children, representing a 35% increase over last year's Angel Tree program.

All available appointments were filled within the first two days of registration.

We understand this may be disappointing for families who were unable to secure an appointment. The response highlights the tremendous need within our community, and we remain committed to serving every child accepted into the program.

THANK YOU

We sincerely thank our donors, volunteers, churches, businesses, and community partners whose generosity makes Angel Tree possible each year.

Some of our youth represented The Salvation Army at Tracy's Elementary for Multicultural Night. It was wonderful to see them minister to the community by sharing their talents.
