-Investigate and analyze contractor qualifications, assessing relevant experience for the project type to ensure that the construction process is executed by competent workforces, thus safeguarding public well-being.

-Observe construction progress through virtual site visits, ensuring compliance with life safety requirements, quality standards, and specifications, along with adherence to program design requirements outlined in permitted documents.

-Assess non-conforming construction work identified during virtual site visits and propose resolutions to bring the project into conformance to ensure occupant safety and adherence to administrative procedures and protocols.

-Analyze the performance of a building during its initial year of use, incorporating sustainability rating systems to verify target achievements, particularly in relation to occupant health. Additionally, as part of the Project Closeout & Evaluation process, participants will formulate effective solutions to address any identified performance issues.
