What can 16 years of workforce development progress teach us about building stronger talent pipelines?

Our latest case study examines how the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) expanded construction education opportunities across the state, growing NCCER curriculum adoption from 89 programs in 39 counties to 218 programs in 89 counties.
