From Dread to Excitement ~ Meet Natalia Fareti
When Natalia joined High Noon Bankers Toastmasters Club in July 2015, she wasn’t looking to become someone else. She simply wanted to learn the art of powerful storytelling and how to connect with a live audience in the same way she connected through the written word.
What she discovered was much more than speaking practice.
Through Toastmasters International, Natalia found a supportive environment where everyone was growing together; learning, improving, and courageously stepping outside their comfort zones side by side.
Over time, the changes began to show in the small but powerful moments:
✨ Less hesitation when asked to present at work
✨ Nervous excitement replacing dread before speaking
✨ Greater confidence in expressing ideas clearly and authentically
✨ Fewer “ums” and “ahs”
✨ A quiet confidence steadily built over time
Toastmasters helped Natalia become a more engaging communicator while still staying true to herself.
Her journey is a reminder that confidence doesn’t appear overnight ~ it’s built one meeting, one speech, and one courageous moment at a time.
