🎊🎃A fantastic Halloween activity night for our cadets! 🎃🎊

The cadets got into the Halloween spirit, showing off some brilliant costumes before taking part in a range of activities, including apple bobbing, searching through flour, pumpkin and spaghetti for uniform items and sea terms, a stuck in the spider web teamwork challenge, and decorating pumpkins and biscuits.

It was a chaotic, messy evening, with plenty of laughter and teamwork along the way!!!

A big thank you to AC Halle-May for providing the cake to finish off the night.

Well done to all our cadets for getting involved and making it such a fun evening. The costumes were amazing!!!👻🎃

West Wales District Sea Cadets at Trafalgar Day 2026!

A huge well done to two of our talented West Wales District Sea Cadets who proudly represented the District at the Annual National Trafalgar Day Parade in London!

Taking part in this prestigious event, our cadets joined young people from across the UK to showcase their musical talent, discipline and teamwork as part of the celebrations.

The Sea Cadets’ Massed Bands bring together talented young musicians playing instruments such as brass, woodwind and percussion, providing the music that makes this historic parade so special.

Trafalgar Day commemorates Admiral Lord Nelson’s victory at the Battle of Trafalgar on 21 October 1805. Although Nelson lost his life during the battle, his leadership and legacy remain an important part of our Royal Navy heritage.

The annual parade brings this history to life through music, marching, remembrance and a tribute to those who served.

We are incredibly proud of our cadets for their commitment, hard work and for representing West Wales District on such a significant national occasion.

Well done to our POC Alex and LC Laura of Llanelli Sea Cadets — an achievement to be proud of!

And thanks to the volunteers that helped make this happen.
